Jamil Asali studied civil engineering and business economics in Germany. He graduated from the University of Cologne, the sixth oldest university in Central Europe.

He obtained professional experience in the fields of project management, International development cooperation, market research, internet marketing, business consulting and translations for businesses and governments.

Jamil Asali worked for 10 years as the Head of the Language Services Division and as chief interpreter/ translator for German, Arabic and English at the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany in Amman.
